The location was fantastic, just a few yards from the waterfront and surrounded by bars, shops, and restaurants. The owner, Neno, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He even picked us up from the airport and provided us with a welcoming drink and local snacks upon arrival. Neno went above and beyond by offering us lots of information about the area and giving us recommendations on things to do and see. The kids loved the cozy apartment and we enjoyed spending time on the terrace. it was a wonderful experience for our family.
For dads, it would be great to have a larger kitchen area with more worktop space. However, this was only a small issue and we managed just fine using the table for meal preparation.

The apartment at Apartments Martiva was absolutely amazing! The sea views from the terrace were breathtaking and made me feel like I was in paradise. The cozy seating area and flat-screen TV were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus for a budget traveler like me - I could cook my own meals and save money. The private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries was a nice touch, and the hairdryer came in handy. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance, and the private entrance made me feel like I had my own little oasis. staying at this apartment made me feel comfortable and right at home.
If I had to pick one thing, I would say that the shower pressure could have been stronger. But hey, that's just my personal preference and I'm sure others might not mind it at all.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The apartment was very cosy and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, as it was just a short 5-minute walk to the old town and close to the beach. I loved the partial view of the bay from the balcony. The hotel also had free parking, which was convenient. The family-run atmosphere and the welcome drink and tapas upon arrival added a personal touch to my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.
Everything was spot on.

Bargain! Helpful host, picked us up at bus station, gave lots of advice. Delicious Tapas with cheese, ham, grapes and homemade brandy. Close to city centre, 5min stroll along beach. Perfect for 2 or couple + kid. Clean! Fell in love with Kotor and its people. Visit the Fort!

Loved the free WiFi, balcony and garden. Great if you enjoy sharing your balcony with strangers. Fun times!
Not a problem at all, but I mean, who needs clear directions when kind people will assist you immediately? So refreshing.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect for us. It was right beside the beach, making it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and the sea. it was very close to the old town, which allowed us to easily explore all the historic sights. We also appreciated the fact that there were many restaurants nearby, making it easy for us to find delicious meals.
We were slightly disappointed with the bathroom. There was a problem with the shower tray, causing water to flood the floor every time we used it.

The apartment was a bit smaller than expected, but still clean and well-equipped.

The terrace offers breathtaking sea views, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. As a guest with disabilities, this peaceful setting provided me with a sense of tranquility and relaxation.
Personally, I found the hairdryer in the bathroom to be less powerful than I would have liked. However, this is simply my preference, and others may still find it adequate for their needs.
